Most of the people working there that I spoke to were very patient and nice, but the woman at the drop box today at noon (wearing red) with the headband was rude as hell and straight up yelling at a woman that kept saying "I don't understand" when she couldn't figure out where to deal with her paperwork. I said she probably needed and interpreter and the woman snapped back at me, "Is that your application there?" (Basically, translation: "mind your own business.") I heard another woman say "they're giving me a hard time over there."

The new hire in the white shirt that helped me was also very nice.

I don't know who I was just speaking to, but the woman just told me Geico was calling her since she'd been in a car accident, and asked me to call her back in 30 minutes. I've done hotline training and would never do something like that. Literally everyone I've asked for help today hasn't been able to help me. I was stressed before, and I feel even worse after calling NAMI.

They were very helpful and communicative when it came to unemployment issues. Thank you so much for your help! Especially Ms. Hoff.

Really nice staff, but parking isn't easy and one of the atms is regularly broken (and today it took several hundred dollars without completing my deposit). So if it's open, just go to the window instead.
