Venue and parking is where the 2 stars are earned. Food prices, staff and slowness of the whole process earns 0 stars. I don’t know if they’re just always short staffed or if it’s the kitchen, but there’s always a long wait for food and once they bring it out, don’t expect anyone to come back until it’s time to pay. There’s no checking to see if you need anything else, no water refills because they purposely only sell bottled water, no pick up of plates, cleaning off the table, offering of a to go box or anything else. However, expect the automatic gratuity added to your bill regardless of the number of people at your table (which is supposedly shared) and then the optional tip that goes directly to the server. So disappointing because I’ve been going there for many, many years and no longer will go based on the entire serving experience which is consistently bad.
