I did the Sunrise pontoon boat tour of Armand Bayou. Watching the sunrise over the calm waters of the bayou was incredible. We can a variety of shore birds and a few gators.
The cost of the tour included visiting the nature center. Definitely worth it.

Wow! Absolutely beautiful. The downstairs rooms each have ornate ceilings, different textures on the walls: wood, fabric, wallpaper.

A wonderful museum filled with Texas history. The best part was seeing the hull of La Salle’s ship the La Belle. It’s incredible.
It has interactive features throughout the museum. Take your time, watch the short videos, and disk it all in.

It was a great time camping in the Davis Mountains. Amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Our campsite did not have any shade. Others had trees or a canopy over the picnic table. There were also no places to hang trash. We had a visitor while eating dinner. 🦨. We still loved the park.

It is a nice site. I was hoping to see more furnishings belonging to Navarro. But they may not be available. He was a very prominent Tejano in Texas History.
