Zero star because: Zero reachability, I am never able to contact them through phone, E-Mail or mails; Take zero responsibility, they do not replace the boiler even it fails every month and leaves whole building in cold for week. Maybe they perform not too bad in other buildings but definitely not in Bautzner Straße 24, Dresden.
