Don't get me wrong this place is pretty damn good; I would go again probably. If it weren't so expensive this review would be kinder.
However, both the cocktails and the food whilst gourmet priced were merely average in both quality and execution; ambitious and with good aspects but missing the mark in places.
I try not to score service lower than 4⭐ casually because it's a back breaking ill-rewarded job - but the people we dealt with whilst very polite were inattentive and had zero knowledge of the menu, having to go down and ask the kitchen about the slightest detail. 🤷♂️ Maybe it was their first day. Both of them.
