Located directly adjacent to Coco Bistro, the Cocovan is a slightly more casual dinner option but still offers an excellent atmosphere and sizable menu. The steak tacos here are incredible, I ordered three and would have happily eaten three more. The mahi tacos were good but did not compare to the steak version. Ordered the Gorgonzola fries as a starter and they had good flavor but the cheese sauce can be a bit overwhelming and made it hard to finish the entire thing.

Best place to eat on the island. The service is excellent, the staff will have you seated and served almost instantly. We were regularly checked on at our table but not too much that it was annoying. The atmosphere at Coco Bistro is hard to beat, it is very clean and provides beautiful scenery for dinner as you get to dine amongst the palm trees. The food here is excellent, I got the grilled salmon special and it was certainly the best salmon I have ever had. They also brought out a complimentary dessert because we were on our honeymoon, which was also tasty.
