This place is the epitome of slum and at no fault of those who work and live nearby. It's quite obvious the land lord cares nothing for the people or small business here. Sad because there's a thriving community that should be better served.
Loved the small rose garden and it's layout. I will take a star away mostly because it doesn't feel much like it's a "people's garden" it felt haughty and elitist. I would have liked to see more information about the roses and the history of those who tend this garden instead of promoting the endowment.
I'll come back to this place and review again in the spring/summer months. I enjoyed the quiet here and trails are clearly marked albeit not very long. Good for quiet reflection on the growth and decay of the wetlands in the middle of suburbia.
For a trail tucked back away between a college and an urban sprawl it's not too bad. Very much enjoyed the murals and the sounds of water rushing by, but still too many people for my liking.
