Friendly staffs welcome you and help all the delivery carefully. Great maintenance and janitor team work diligently every day which make your stay here just like in the hotel. High quality Gym room.👍

Monthly events give the residents a chance to be familiar with each other.🎉

However, the quality of residents you encounter depends on your luck. The way people use common area like grills, pool, club house and trash room may give you a big shock. 🤪

The out of control noise after the quiet hours,10pm, happened in the whole weekend parties or any hallway during the weekdays after drinking or gathering may ruin your sleep or mood.😬

The management is not interested in keeping the old residents. Maybe that's the way they make money 💰. Keep raising rent every year 🤫.

Overall, this is a good start to the DC area and really help us to learn the culture here.🙏🙏🙏
