December 22, 2023 I was invited to play recently opened Cabot Saint Lucia, my second Cabot course. (Highlands in Scotland at Castle Stuart was my first) I was in awe of the natural landscape and course design. The service and hospitality provided by the Point Hardy/Cabot team was exceptional, I felt like I was provided with excellent value, had delicious cocktails and food at the comfort stations on either nine. Now let's talk about the golf.... Impeccable shape for the tee boxes and fairways, and the greens cut so they have plenty of speed. The course layout challenges you to account for slope and the coastal wind conditions. There were plenty of intimidating tee shots and some sound advice from my caddy (not optional) meant I was able to get up and down a few times. If you are looking for a premier golfing experience in the Caribbean look no further, and try and get on before it becomes fully private!
