I got confused about the parking lot

So I need to say that I have had a bad experience at this mall. First I went to the cyber and it was really expensive to print some docs and also browse on their computers.. it was in total $7/$8.. after that another bad experience at the chip a cookie store, the cookies were very hard, my teeth were hurting.
