Cafe Java
The food and location of this cafe is all good and the coffee itself is fine. However in particular two of the staff (the short stocky fella and the tall girl) are just particularly unfriendly and totally disinterested in their jobs.
It feels like making an order is resented and a massive inconvenience to them which even when not busy and it just puts me off going, especially when there are other places nearby with good food/coffee and extremely kind staff.
I should add that the shorter girl who works there is pleasant and respectful of customers, and the other staff members seem totally normal.
Looking at the other reviews over the last 2 years, it seems I'm not alone in getting this impression... I feel sorry for the owner as no doubt these people turn on the charm when needed
