I ordered food on Saturday the 28th of October. The food was decent although my fries were cold. The lady who took the cash had a black shirt on. She looked unhappy to serve me. After my order was taken I see her rampaging and after I overheard the staff talking about failing a test of some sort. This is not the experience I have had with other
staff as usually I love coming to Five Guys. Seeing her go off on her staff and in front of customers is extremely unacceptable. My last experience was very pleasant. A girl named Ginelle took my order and greeted me friendly. The girl with the black shirt on ruined my experience and I refuse to come back to this Laval Five Guys again. The manager with the black shirt looks 18-19 years old which explains why she was having a tantrum.
