Truly doing amazing work. Attentive! Knowledgeable! ACCESSIBLE! Full staff in office and they not only follow up, will apologize for any delays in reaching out even if by one day. They don't treat you like a body/vessel. In my experience, you must have ALL of these traits + more they've exhibited to truly serve our community that's faced with so much. And we should support them, too, so they can stay adaptable. Make sure we testify at budget oversight hearings etc.
