We went to Okumnandi for a birthday dinner. We sat outside. The speaker that was outside was playing music way too loud so we asked to have it turned down, but for some reason it got louder again which made talking difficult, even with the person directly across from ourselves. The food didn't take long to arrive and it was delicious and had lots of flavour. As most South African cuisine, it was mostly meat based and quite spicy, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The service was great, we had a kind woman serving us who was really helpful and helped point out what we should order and in what order. The food was fairly expensive but it came in huge portions which were meant for sharing. All in all, the food and service was amazing and perfectly shows off the unique South African cuisine that the chefs should be proud of. I would definitely come here again :)
