An interesting place with great trails down the old road and then behind the pole house to a trail that connects to other places along the Intercoastal Waterway and marshlands.

Bring bug spray.

A bike is a nice way to get around.

The house is boarded up.

Some spectacular views of the marsh and creeks if you go along the back trails.
Important note: the trail back to the marsh view trails is in the back left corner behind the house (that would be the NE corner of the “backyard” behind the house. There is a small mound of gravel at the entrance of this trail spur. Also, there are no other clear trails observable on the property.

Good parking.
Nice dog park for separate big & small dogs.

Lovely walk.
Amazing view over the marsh.
Come at low tide to explore our in the marsh (be prepared for some minimal mud).
