The convention centre is a nice place to relax and have a cup of coffee. You can enjoy a decent cup looking out into a lovely park at a little place operated by Traders Hotel. Prices at this little outlet are very reasonable too. Can't say much for the cafe inside the convention hall. Prices are quite steep, and the food is terrible. You eat because there are no alternatives in here. If the cafe is to charge these prices, they should at least make the food more palatable. My kids' school canteen serves better food than the hall. Imagine that. Overall, the convention centre is nice.
