Paragon at Columbia Overlook Apartments
This place is great! I think the older negative reviews reflect prior management or something because I cannot understand how anyone would not appreciate these apartments for their value and comfort. They're a little cold in the winter but if you winterize your windows with plastic tape (3M makes window seal strips) then it helps tremendously (also keeping my thermostat at 72-74 does work well so it's not a problem that cant be solved but winterizing the windows helps a lot for me).
Brittany and Brian are great, their customer service is always friendly and professional.
Zero complaints from us, we intend to renew and stay here. As for noise complaints I've read from others, I do not hear any noise at all when I'm in my apartment, it's very sound proof. I can't hear my neighbors or anyone outside. It's not a busy city environment, the traffic that is at Costco is far enough that it's not a problem. In fact, Costco being so close is one of the reasons we liked this place, you can walk there easily. Not to mention all of the other shopping amenities in this plaza. It's very nice, convenient, and very quiet.
