Don Huang

New owner since late July. Will see how it goes by giving it a little time. Don't use the website and social media, its' not updated, obviously from previous company. Therefor any review prior to August 2024 does not reflect current company.

First the good thing. Theater isn't crawdad, can always find seats in every movies showing here.
The bad, services isn't as good as any theaters I been to in the whole state of NY. The young man at the ticket window not very willing to help.
Facility is huge, I am not sure how they can operate profitably. Seats are the least comfortable. Been to a few auditoriums and all had hard stiff seat that doesn't reclaim nor have foot rest compare to others in Queens. The audio system are not working properly, not balanced, not tuned. High pitch throughout one of the movie, another left and right not balanced. Just not pleasant at all. Corporate doesn't respond to customer either, can't get a manager.
I buy hundreds of tickets a years four our movie group this is the worse.

It's been years since I came here and for good reason. Store asked for cash for $55 the quality is just not tasty. No health issues but just taste is off. Even the wasabi they use. I would prefer to use my wasabi powder and make the paste myself. The odd food colored ginger I can't eat them, they are bad. Even the nearby super market has a better tasting one. Sushi 🍣 are eatable but no umami. This is Korean style sushi and not what I like.

Pretty well kept compared to other city managed parks. Most important is for people who come here please take care of this place like your own backyard so everyone can enjoy it.

Near the restaurants where I can order togo and eat at the small parks bench on a good weather day.
