The space is amazing! Aesthetically it’s so beautiful and welcoming.
The people are equally, if not more, amazing! I came for a sauna session and I actually stayed for the cold plunge because the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful in aiding my experience with the cold. Thanks to them I know it’s an experience and a sensation I love and want to keep practicing.
Also, I was never much for smelling things — thanks to a bum nose — but they do this cool thing in the sauna where they throw a snowball with various essential oils on the sauna rocks and then they towel wave, like sauna Jedi, the scent and the heat at you. Who knew I loved the smell of Geranium and Grapefruit 🤷♂️
