What a great restaurant! The food was excellent, fresh pasta made daily, really tasty sauces. They do a nice twist on carbonara, little agnolotti filled with a beautiful sauce and little pieces of pancetta as garnish.

Service is very good, the staff are happy to talk you through the menu and answer any questions you have.

I'd definitely recommend this place.

UPDATE:

We visited again recently for my wife's birthday and had another fantastic meal.

The menu had changed and we took full advantage to try some new dishes out.

It was a lovely surprise when the waitress brought out an additional dish out wishing Mrs P a happy birthday.

If you want an epic sized, tasty as you dare sandwich, then look no further. This place absolutely rocks!

Their breakfast menu has a bacon, egg and cheese muffin that knocks the McSpots off of anything else out there, then the lunchtime menu includes delicious treats like NY style pastrami on brown, or a fully pimped old school fish finger sandwich. There are plenty of veggie and vegan choices too.

Make sure you're hungry...

A lovely, cosy restaurant. The staff are friendly and happy to answer questions about the menu and offer advice on wine pairings.

The food is superb, top notch ingredients and the chef lets them speak for themselves. Rustic, but refined in style with bold punchy flavours, we loved every bite of our meal here.

Highly recommended this place, we're looking forward to going back soon.
