The food was better before it shut and reopened.
On our most recent visit for dinner, the service was really good - just one waitress, but she managed our large table really well.
The ambience was fine, although the music could have been just a tad softer.
The food... We liked the starters... Although a few things on the menu were not available.
The main courses were a let down... The gravies tasted similar, and many options on the menu were not available.
We wanted to have desserts but again, whatever we wanted from the menu were not available.
The cocktails were quite good.

Theatrum Restaurant
One of Muscat's best dining experiences. Goes beyond just the individual elements of food, beverage, ambience or service. Extremely thoughtful and well-designed experience. Would highly recommend if you want a classy evening out.
