We bought tickets in advance and I recommend to do so if possible! I really liked their gift shop so make a stop! We spend there 1,5 the turrets are high and you need to go up holding ropes. Steps can be challenge :) very good view of the town from them so if you can manage - please do!

It is ok but does not have so big assortment as in Italy for example or in the mall which is near the airport.

It is very beautiful place where you can spend some time. It is formerly the Royal Garden
and now is public park of 15.5 hectares in the center of the Greek capital, Athens and located directly behind the Greek Parliament building (The Old Palace) and continues to the South to the area where the Zappeion is located, across from the Panathenaiko or Kalimarmaro Olympic Stadium of the 1896 Olympic Games. The building itself is closed and you can make pictures from outside. I loved to see in the park turtles 🐢 and geese 🪿 and ducks 🦆 there in the cute pond. Many restrooms are closed so be aware of that :)

We went 6 of September and outside was big line but we wait maybe 10 min tops to get inside and buy the ticket (12 euros 💶). It has 2 floors and in the basement you can find cafeteria(you can enter also from 2 floor and enjoy the view of very pretty cute small garden where people sit, talk and enjoy their food and coffee ☕️) and gift store 🏬 Museum itself very nice but not big so I think you will spend 2 hours tops there! All well organized and clean :) outside you can find small park with lots of green parrots 🦜:))))

It is very interesting museum and I suggest read the information near each item because it is very knowledgeable! This is FREE museum. Have very nice gift shop.
