Both Liang Pi and Beef Noodle are really good. The Liang Pi sauce is authentic, paring with sesame sauce and chili oil. The noodle is hand-pulled, really chewy and tasty, I like it a lot. There is a lot of beef and the beef is super tender. And I appreciate a lot the separate packing, keeping the noodle in good shape instead of soaking in the soup.

The special exhibition of royal jewelry is amazing. Don’t miss out! It’s my first time to witness the Russian egg sculpture with fantastic craftsmanship.

Also, there is a high jewelry room at the end of the Gem stone exhibition. The dark room really help appreciate the shiny jewelry. I love the Sapphire necklace there.

We tried the dim sum selections in the food court. The Chinese donuts (You Tiao 油条), Porridges with Pork & Preserved Egg (皮蛋瘦肉粥), and Steam Sticky Rice / pork are great! The shrimp dumplings, Shaomai, and Fried Sticky Rice Ball w/ Pork Fillings (咸水角) are OK. I still really appreciate the convenience and accessibility of dim sum in the food court.
