As a wheelchair user I didn’t find this location very accessible and was very disappointed to see that there were so many stairs and their elevator was out of service. It was pretty steep in a lot of the outside area and my wheels kept spinning on parts of the grounds. I wasn’t even able to see more than the gift shop, glad I didn’t have to use the bathroom. The gift shop attendant told me “it’s just bathrooms and access to the downstairs” I’ll never know 🤷🏻 I was really bummed I wasn’t able to see more. I heard the inside was set up like a Victorian funeral, I would’ve loved to have been able to see that.
