The employees make Benning Stoddert a great recreation center. DPR could have built a better, and larger facility. The rec is small compared to other recreational centers in DC. They have a ton of activities for all ages including seniors. For this facility to have that many people in and out during several times of the day it can be very chaotic. The 5 stars go to the employees at Benning Stoddert and the programs they have. The facility gets 2.5 stars. Although it's slightly better than years ago it could have been an awesome rec center if they took the time to listen to the community.
