Chicken - as good as any I've tried in Singapore or Malaysia. Juicy, tasty, perfectly cooked.
Roast duck - this was, unfortunately, my least favourite despite the good reviews. I felt it was not juicy enough, a tad dry, and any supposed dang gui aroma was missing. I'm docking 1 star because of this and the chicken oil rice (see below).
Char siew - awesome. Melt in your mouth, wonderful aroma, nice char on the surface.
Roast pork - brilliant crackling, juicy meat, balanced seasoning which was not too salty.
Chicken oil rice - this was a let down. It lacked aroma, and was a tad too oily. I'd skip this.
Noodles - springy, chewy noodles. Perfectly Al dente with great sauce. I'd choose this over the oil rice anytime.
