I LOVE this mall, but after the experience I had Friday, it really deserves a ZERO/ONE and they can thank CHASE for that. I am disable and I cannot do a lot of walking. Access-A-Ride dropped me off at Chase and None of the machines were working. I had to clog up the drive-thru to get money. So normally they would be a TEN but overall for APRIL 14TH 2023 they're getting a THREE.

The Staff In This Office Are AMAZING. ALWAYS Welcoming, ALWAYS Polite, VERY Helpful And Informative.
