Hotel Adlon Berlin's historical prestige as a prominent city landmark was what initially drew us to consider them for our event. However, our experiences with their event management team were regrettably far from the standard one might expect from such an establishment.

A recurring attitude we encountered was underscored by the repeated phrase, "But we are Adlon!" This sentiment, which seemed to suggest that the hotel's name alone should outweigh all other considerations, was troubling. In addition, there was a clear discrepancy between the offerings detailed in their brochure and the services described by the event management team. Such inconsistencies are concerning, especially for an institution that prides itself on luxury and professionalism.

To address our concerns, we took the step of sending our feedback directly to the responsible event manager via email, hoping for a constructive dialogue. Disappointingly, our communication went unanswered.

It's essential to emphasize that Berlin boasts several luxury establishments, and while Adlon is undoubtedly among the well-known five-star hotels, customer service and professionalism remain paramount. Our decision to seek another venue wasn't financially driven; in fact, we invested more elsewhere for superior service and an overall more gratifying experience.

It's our sincere hope that Hotel Adlon sees this feedback not as criticism for criticism's sake, but as an opportunity to refine their services and align with the standards their legacy demands.

Food is very delicious. Staff are extra kind. Great vibes. Love it!
