V S (Duke)

Tanke eig immer ausschließlich bei Shell aber diese Tankstelle werde ich ab jetzt meiden.
Habe 3 mal schon V-Power getankt und meine Shell Karte gezeigt und nie die Punkte dafür erhalten.
Beim dritten mal hab ich dann nach dem "Chef" gefragt welcher mit erklären wollte das es manchmal nicht funktioniert. Es funktioniert aber bei allen anderen Shells außer hier.
Habe auch die Rechnung vorgezeigt und darauf aufmerksam gemacht das nicht wie sonst meine Karte und Punkte in der Rechnung erscheinen.
Er meinte man kann nichts machen.
Am Tag darauf ist dann eine 35€ Transaktion in meiner App aufgetaucht welche ich nicht getätigt habe da ich nicht rauche und nicht 3 Packungen Chesterfield gekauft habe. Lustigerweise bekommt man ja für Zigaretten keine Punkte.
Diese Tankstelle ist ein absolutes NO-GO für mich, da fahr ich außnahmsweise noch zur BP und tanke dort 100 Oktan bevor ich mich verarschen lasse.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is pretty nice. And servic was also okey, no complaints here.
The food on the otherside was average and mostly tasteless.
I tried the fallafel and they clearly where missing herbs inside so I cant recomend them at all. Buffalo Mozarella was also nothing special. I also ordered a filet steak and it was pretty dry but eatable. I also saw that they have Japanese Wagyu A5 on the menu and I asked to see it and it did not really look like real japanese Wagyu but I wanted to give it a chance so I ordered 100g for 80€.
The served wagyu was absolutely disapointing because other than with wagyu normaly, the fat should be evenly distributed in the meat, this here was a chunk of fat with a little bit of meat. Total rip off.
For desert I had the vanilla parfeit and here again it was a very average tasting dish at best.
So nice location but average food.

Waiters were also nice.
They have english menu
Just a little cold because they kept the door open all the time.
And waiters went outside to beat themselves up.
