Mission Impossible, Elf, Red One. Some of the movies I have seen here over the years. I am very happy with the new seats.

The iced lavender latte was perfect! The service was mixed. Everyone was young, which is fine, but one or two seemed very pleasant, while the others seemed as if your presence alone was an inconvenience. I like the fact that there are plugs by every table. Good job on that.
Maple 🍁 latte ☕️
I really enjoyed the subtlety of the maple, not too sweet. There was a slight aftertaste I could not pinpoint, but overall very good.
Excellent staff, very friendly.
Atmosphere is nice, but a little more upscale for a cafe. I like it, but have to be in the mood for it, maybe a date. Again, I like it and will most likely return, but do prefer more laid back.
A beautiful, well-maintained park (I should know 😉) with plenty of amenities, including baseball and softball diamonds, soccer fields, tennis courts, a dog park, pavilions, a baby park, a kids park (Ben Celani), a workout area, and unfortunately courts for that annoying AF pickle ball. A great place to walk, grill out with friends, or bring the kids.
After all the years of both being in Detroit and coming to Detroit, I realize that there are plenty of things that I still haven’t seen. I can now cross the Guardian building off that list. I actually came down yesterday to see the MLK statue. I ended up finding parking on Fort St, so when I walked down Griswold towards the water, I found myself immediately outside this beautiful work of art. I also was not aware that they host tours on Sundays. When I walked into the gift shop, the lady working told me they started a little bit ago if I wanted to join in, so I did. It was a nice little tour. I enjoy both history and old artistic construction. I highly recommend checking it out.
