It is a nice place to visit but the customer service here is horrible the staff is very rude and not well trained. Amiras was so rude and told us in our face I don’t care I only work here (if an employee does not care who should care) she was very rude about wanting to kick us out and gave us Ryan Ruiz card to email him with a very bad attitude. On google it says the park closes at 5 and they kicked us out at 4, we only spent 45 minutes at the park, and no one mentioned there is an event at 6 and that we will be kicked out at 4, an hour before advertised hours on google.

Simply wow ! In every single way. The food is great, and the customer service is amazing , and every single employee is great at what they do. I have never seen anyone run to make sure customer get their orders on time. Mohanad is the manager who is responsible for running the restaurant as smoothly as possible, even him is running around to satisfy customers, even better the owner of every Laffah is working with everyone !! How humble and dedicated. The Lebanese shawarma meal is a must try if you like to taste the real flavors of the beef. Must try in Sharjah. They deserve 10 stars.

I gave the 5 stars for the ladies washroom cleanness, i visited 3 cities in Saudi Arabia and the washroom at this train station is the cleanest in Saudi by far. The washroom is managed by Hseniya Elshamrani, she goes above and beyond to keep the washroom clean. Wow I have never seen someone take their job that seriously. She should be given a management position of to manage the cleanness of all of the washrooms in the Train station. I also have to mention how modern and nice the whole station is. Very well maintained.

They have an ok variations, they also sell used gold which they charge lower.
