Incredible staff, the nicest people you will ever meet. They looked after us like family while we stayed for a week due to an injury. Rooms are beautiful with nice view of the lake. Roof top terrace with breakfast provided is amazing. Great food selection with yogurt eggs, noodles, fruit etc. Amazing location.

Brown water in broken fountains and graffiti, plus homeless. Not great. Would give it a miss of I'd known, not worth 4 stars plus that's for sure
