This place is full of rich history and it is in a beautiful community. This Theatre does so much for this community that even an outsider can feel the love and experience the many different cultures that are embraced here and celebrated.
Reminds me of the good old days In NYC. Feels like home!
The building is old NY beautiful with high ceilings with a gorgeous skylight. There is even a beautiful gallery in the lobby to admire during your visit.

Some of the staff are unprofessional, rude and extremely unfriendly making this a hostile environment for certain people.
Drag shows were horrible!

The music was so bad no could dance to it.
This is very bizarre place to go...it's almost as if you're not in NY.
Patrons smash their way like savages through other patrons to get their drinks as if they are going through a mosh pitt.
If you're interested in having a good time without any conflicts?
This is not the place for you! Looking for a sophisticated intelligent crowd?

Want to take home a savage with 0 manners? You can get lucky if you can survive the bad service and the Zombie like patrons and the one little white boy staff member that was angry that he had to clean. He loves throwing away your things while your back is turned and there are only 10 people in the venue. It doesn't even have to be packed for him to go through your things and throw them away. Do not turn your back from your things!
If you have girls that are friends do not bring them here because some of the gay guy patrons including a gay employee that cleans up will let the females know that they are not welcomed by behaving like neanderthals. I met up with other women that shared their horror stories with me about this place and the discrimination they faced! You've been warned!

This is a nicely shaded water park. You can sit, rest and enjoy a meal with your family on a picnic table. If you like to play basketball? You can always catch a game here.
There is a nearby restroom located on the boardwalk.

Lincoln Center's Summer For The City Festival for Juneteenth was a sweet and cool evening under the sky. Well organized and super professionally handled.
