Celebrated my son's 17th birthday by ordering some authentic Mexican food to take home and decided to give Meshico a try and it did not disappoint. I actually would like to sit inside to dine in next time since the inside is very cute.

We ordered mole, chili rellenos and tilapia and everything was very good. Front desk was very nice and I would definitely go back again. Our new favorite Mexican place in the neighborhood!

I have not been to Evergreen restaurant in over a decade but my family wanted to come here for a traditional Chinese dinner and it was not great. We wanted the fried oysters but since there were 8 of us, we decided to order 2 orders and it was $25 each order for a total of $50 for 2! Wowza! Probably one of the most expensive meal I've had for a long time and it was not even a lot of food.

Service was good but very short handed. Seems like only 1 waitress is really doing her job while the owner sat around peeling peapods during dinner rush hour which made no sense to me. Get up and help your waitress! Why peel peapods on a busy weekend dinner?

Food was below average and it was just not that flavorful. For $300 and less than 10 dishes which is about $30 per dish, it is a bit absurd which I will never go back again.

Every time we come to Canada, we have to stop by Jim Chai Kee for their won ton and fish noodles. Menu is relatively small but that's the beauty of this place. This is all you get but what you get are all fantastic!

Since I don't eat meat anymore due to health reasons, I ordered the shrimp wonton with fish balls in rice vermicelli soup. Hubby ordered their specialty thick rice noodles with beef, shrimp won ton and fish balls. My oldest ordered their beef with fish ball lo mein with oyster sauce and my youngest got the beef thick rice noodles. Everyone finished everything!

It is self serve so you don't have to tip and they provide hot water for you. But if you want an extra container, it is 0.50 cent each.

The best part is their chili oil. You MUST try their chili oil. I like to pour a little bit into the noodle soup. Remember a little goes a long way! It's pretty spicy and I can handle spice. We will continue to come back whenever we're in Canada!

Stopped by this little gem in Carol Stream for lunch and it was such a pleasant surprise! Cute little place, staff was so friendly and sushi was fresh!

We got the sashimi lunch special and it came with miso soup, a little house salad, a California roll, 4 pieces of chef selection sushi and about 6 pieces of sashimi and a small bowl of rice. It was perfect and hit the spot. Sashimi was on the thin side but for $14 lunch special and you get all this food, not a bad deal at all.

Ordered Whole Food's Thanksgiving meal kit 4 weeks prior to Thanksgiving for 4 and it was the best thing I've ever done. Not only I didn't have to run around getting all the food and cooking my butt off, it was super easy to ordered, pick up and pop it in the oven. The taste was fantastic! Prices was decent and the hardest part is probably timing it right so you can have all your food warmed up all at once.

Our Thanksgiving meals kit came with oven roasted turkey breast which was soooo juicy, tender and flavorful. Stuffing, orange cranberry sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, green beans with shallots which is our least favorite and turkey gravy. I placed another order for 9 flaky rolls and an apple pie. Let me tell you.....this apple pie is out of this world!!!!!! It was soooooo good and I didn't even have to cook until 5:30pm for dinner at 6:30pm. Everything was delicious. I think this will be the way for our Thanksgiving from now on. But next time I'll place an order even earlier so I can get the whole turkey meal kit.
