Great spot to come sit and relax, ride your bike, walk. Lots of room for everyone. We watched the eclipse here and had spectacular views of the sky !
Walking the seawall is by far my most favourite thing to do while visiting Vancouver. Its great exercise which will take you about 90 minutes to complete from the Georgia entrance around to the Davie end. I like to finish on Davie/ Denman St. so I can then eat at one of the many fabulous restaurants on those streets. The seawall itself is all paved approximately 6 miles (9km) and mostly flat for easy walking. Each corner brings new exciting sights and chances to see wildlife. There are many varieties of birds and even playful seals. You can also see cruise ships, freighters yachts and seaplanes making their way out of the channel. A must see right in the heart of the city.

Just got into town and was looking for a quick, lite but filling meal close to my hotel. Google pointed me in the right direction with this restaurant as it was exactly what I was craving. I ordered a large seafood noodle soup and a vegan mega sub and both were delicious and cost just under $20. Good quality, quantity and freshness. My food arrived quickly after ordering and the lady who runs the place is super sweet and customer friendly.
Great phone service when they took my order and very friendly in person when I picked up. Had their Thursday pizza special Classic Greek and it was amazing on thin crust with the perfect amount of fresh toppings. Always come to Gondola Pizza when I'm in Winnipeg.
What a beautifully preserved piece of time. The house itself is exquisite and the self paced tour was wonderful. They give you a little audio device, you simply punch in the number of the room you are in and a narration is given on the history, whose room it was, what kind of wood is used, the various object found in the room, renovations , so much great knowledge is imparted which I found very interesting. In the basement is a great gift shop with postcards. Definitely check this out when you are in Galveston.
