My friends brought me to this gem - first I was irritated why so many people are waiting, but the food let me know why. Absolutely stunning taste and presentation. Each course is described by the staff and served with pride. The details and fresh ingredients make this meal to an excellent experience. Highly recommend to come here. Ideal 20min before opening hours to get a spot.

AWESOME FOOD! Today I invited my friend for her birthday to Dimas and we wanted to treat ourselves good - with success! The menu is packed with interesting choices and we went for the grilled octopus and the chupe de camarones as a starter. Followed by the alpaca steak which was super tender and the cheesy quinoa was the best side dish we could have asked for. Wow! Another highlight was the alpaca carpaccio. So good.

Chia is our favorite vegetarian restaurant in Cusco - we have had an amazing time and even better food here. Our service guy was superb and took care of all our needs. The dishes are well prepared, balanced and super delicious. Every sense get satisfied in here. Thank you for having us. We’ll come back soon.
