Kelly is an excellent guide. The headphones are essential due to the constant background noise. It was an easy 2 hour walk around the downtown area, learning about the past and present history and characters. Kelly's tipsheet is also very useful.

The staff were very helpful, allowing us to use the showers, before our airport transfer, after our tour. They also gave us a towel for the shower and a bottle of water while we waited for the bus.
A museum that covers the history of Trier and the surrounding area from the Stone Age to the French Revolution.
There is limited information given in English but a free audio guide was provided. We found the layout a bit confusing but I think we managed to see most rooms in the correct sequence.
The Roman section is the star of the show for me, much like Trier in general. More details about the exhibits on the audio guide would be good.
A fine example of a fountain dedicated to St George and the dragon.
