Good music, staff is friendly, and great beer selection.

Visited on a Saturday late afternoon. When the bartender was asked about happy hour he claimed there wasn't one. Although the sign at the hotel lobby clearly stated there was one from 4-7pm. Based on quality, the drinks are super overpriced. The rooftop itself is small, an okay view. Don't waste your time visiting.
