I loved my experience. I went at night around 8 on a Sunday. I assumed it would be crowded but surprisingly there were very few people.
Was it worth the 35$ (weekend)? Maybe not. But definitely worth going at least once and enjoying the amazing views.
I did not do the tilt as it's 10$ for about 20-30 seconds of tilt at 30 degrees which feels like a gimmick to me.

Riverwalk
We did the river walk for free without any guide. It was one of my favorite parts of the Chicago trip. The city is so beautiful along the river side. Just go early in the morning and stroll along the river
