There are some great restaurants and shops inside that are worth checking out. Not sure what happened to the "Greetings from Asbury Park" sign. It's no longer lit up at night and not sure if the sign was taken down. I always seen people wanting to get pics in front of the iconic sign and building. Now I see disappointed people not seeing the sign.

Nice selection of fresh produce, seafood, crafts and food. Prices are good.

Gas prices are always good. The store sells fresh hot coffee and cold drinks and snacks. Place is clean. Service is good. Prices are fair.

They serve Law's Coffee which is very good.

Small park in town. Highlands Garden Club does great work installing and maintaining the interesting lush perennial gardens!
Children's playground area for the kid's.
Farmers market every Saturday in the summer and fall months.
