A little bit expensive (around $10 per person) but has incredible views. Definitely worth the price on a sunny day! And if you're visiting Prague Castle, you've already walked halfway up the hill so might as well continue a bit further up! We were there at the middle of the day on a Wednesday in October and it wasn't too crowded. But I imagine it can get quite busy in the summer!
Also worth noting that at the very top there are windows, not all of which can be opened, so some photos will have glare. BUT, there are good windowless opportunities while on the stairs and first viewing platform.
