I actually went specifically for the special dessert: sticky rice, with coconut, mango & cashews. I've always loved this dessert, and went there just for this dessert! I seem to remember the portions were bigger, but it was great nonetheless. Also ordered some vegetarian vermicelli glass noodles. My order was fulfilled on time, and overall I was pleased.

This is one of my favourite food haunts. I usually would do takeout, but today as our pre-Christmas celebration together, we decided to dine-in.

I ordered my usual, Thai mango salad, rice noodle with beef + black bean sauce, Shanghai noodles, and NVC ordered the chicken fried rice. But we shared everything! Other dishes I'm really fond of: roast duck soup with rice noodles, bean curd with spicy ground pork, the spicy fried fish, and sizzling beef platter.

Honestly, I have tried most of the menu, and it's all fantastic. This location has really fresh ingredients, large portions, and everything really compliments everything else. So even if you have a sizzling platter, it will go with any vegetable you order.

We were so excited about the mango salad, we dove in before I had a chance to take a picture! No fear,l! I ordered another to go! Merry Christmas to me(and You!). 🤪🎁

A Toronto experience that was a first for me! I am still amazed at how easy the walk was. Every station just naturally flowed into the next, with no confusion of where we were or where we were going.

There were many different stations, but I remember we did the safari, the different species of animals, birds, rhinos, monkeys, giraffes, gorillas, lions, tigers, snakes, fish and every species of animal you can think of! There's also a very lush forest, I was very impressed with, with a bridge almost suspended through it, which was very cool. I am still amazed at the expanse of land that the zoo sits on. It is a massive area!

Next year I will definitely purchase the season's pass and go more than once. We went with a toddler in a stroller, very easy to move around. However next time will invite some older kids with us, I think they will enjoy and appreciate the animals more. Toddlers might be bored after the first 20 mins, but surprisingly mine enjoyed the entire walk!

Definitely a spot to invest in. Will be our new yearly tradition!

HIDDEN GEM! We always pass this park and field, and yet never knew this existed! It's a massive space, with a playground for kids and a forest to roam through. Who knew?! Now it's an almost weekly haunt.

Great for playing sports, or just going for a long walk. We also go to the higher ground in the Winter to pull the sled. Very versatile outdoor space and in the Summer home to many activities. We need more of these spaces!

Really good fresh food, could have had a little more flavour. Perhaps some sauce flavour like sesame oil or chili oil. Was a little bland. Also, they brought my dish out before everything else, everything should have been brought out together. Minor point. But the food was really nice.
