Taman Sari, also known as the Water Castle, is a hidden gem in Yogyakarta! The historical significance and beautiful architecture make it a must-visit. The tranquil water gardens, underground tunnels, and regal bathing pools are captivating. Walking through the ruins, you can feel the rich history of the Sultanate.. It's a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle, perfect for history buffs and photography enthusiasts alike. Highly recommend going there early before it gets busy.

Lovely resturant in Thames area with Nepali cuisine and traditional dances. Recommend their full course menus to get to try different dishes. The dances were short and great to give a taste of the multi culture diversity of Nepal.
Hawa Mahal
Visiting Hawa Mahal, often referred to as the ‘Palace of Winds,’ was an enchanting experience. This remarkable five-story structure, with its unique honeycombed hive-like architecture, stands as a testament to the royal grandeur of Jaipur.
What’s truly unique about Hawa Mahal is its 953 small windows, or ‘Jharokhas,’ which were designed to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life and festivals on the street below without being seen. The breeze that flows through these windows keeps the palace cool, even in scorching summers, which is how it got its name.
A fun fact about Hawa Mahal is that it has no front entrance. Originally, entry was through the City Palace, emphasizing its extension of the royal household.
The best time to visit is early morning when the golden light of sunrise illuminates the red and pink sandstone, creating a mesmerizing glow. The view of the bustling city from the top offers a beautiful contrast to the calm and intricacy inside the palace.

Wonderful experience so a very pleasant and helpful staff. The place is super clean and always smells good. Greeted by nice tea and flowers, their massages are a great experience. There are Manal cheaper options of Thai massage but you pay extra for the experience so worth it from time to time.
