Nightmare - Total fraud
I bought a pair of shoes and it came in the wrong size, so I asked to exchange it. As per policy, they asked me to return it and use the refund on the "E-wallet" to buy another one. I have done that, but every time, 2 days after my order they send me that it is "out of stock" I have tried 7 Nike shoes - All in stock online but they send me an E-mail claiming it is out of stock..However, when I order it as cash on delivery the same exact shoes arrive on the same day but they refuse to give it to me as the delivery guy can not claim the amount from the E-wallet.
24 days now, 7 online orders, 3 complaints cases and I still can't get my money refunded and NO shoes
