Good cappuccino. Good Chai latte. Alternative milk options. Books to read and quiet gentle music for reading to. Good weekday afternoon environment because only a few people, but with small space and limited seating I could see it being crowded on the weekend. Door stayed open so expect it to feel warm on a summer day. Not much shaded seating. Cups are paper, no mugs. Unique but limited pastry options.
