I was utterly disappointed with the service provided by this place especially since it came from the owner Makeda McKnight. They are very unprofessional and are not at all in sync with their bookings. They over book events and try to get you to change your event once things are finalized at the last minute. They are money hungry and charge you for additional time over time. They promised to have set up ready at time of my daughters sweet 16 event. Nothing was done nor did they take into consideration the extra payment of $200 that was made and or the event planners arrival time to decorate. Their response was beyond rude and they lie. The owner was to show up the day of event and she was a no show. This place is beautiful, but it is under poor management. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.
