Got to meet the Gelato chef/owner, Tulio Bondi! He teaches all around the world (Canada, Singapore, just to name a few) and so his gelato flavours are pretty unique compared to others like earl grey & black sesame! MUST TRY

Lowkey dim sum spot - definitely worth a try if you’re in the area! All dishes were fresh - the Siu Mai (steamed pork dumpling) is topped with a whole shrimp, and their deep fried squid tentacles are fried without the batter so you can really taste the juiciness of the squid

The menu isn’t as extensive compared to most dim sum places but they still have most of the classics (they don’t have egg tarts on the menu which I was quite disappointed about)

Decided to give this place a try after seeing so many great reviews and it is WORTH the hype - got the pan fried shrimp & pork dumplings and they’re not like any pan fried dumplings I’ve ever tried before. The texture is chewy with a little bit of soup inside the dumpling
