Hole in the wall kind of place that doesn't disappoint! I was born in Taiwan and grew up all the Taiwanese Nightmarket delights. This was a great find and totally hit the spot!!! If you are in the area and you are into Taiwanese dish, you can't go wrong here.

This is the 2nd location we have here in the valley for the famous The Noodle Man! I work near Chinatown area so this is music to my ears!
If you haven't try this restaurant, you owe yourself to come by and try their authentic Chinese style noodle soup. The flavor is just right and portion is very generous for the price.

My favorites are the braised pork & egg, spicy beef shank, cucumber salad. Those are my keto favorites and price is really reasonable.

Their knife sliced noodle is really authentic and you can see the chef making it through large window which let you see the entire kitchen!

Staff is friendly and attentive and so far, it's a hidden gem because it's located in a shopping centre that is not completely finish yet and still waiting for other tenants to come in. But the restaurant space is complete and ready for customers, just no one knows yet
