Do Not rent from Thrifty. Our car was not available because of "damage". Wanted to put us on a waiting list. We decided to cancel the reservation. They said they canceled it, and gave a "cancel code", that apparently meant nothing. We had to call the corporate office in Mexico City, who sent a link, to fill out, then and email, then another online page to fill out. All in Spanish. I think this is all a gimmick to make things difficult and take foreigners money. Fortunately my wife is from Mexico and speaks fluent Spanish.
