Horrible horrible experience. First the company never sent me a confirmation for my rental and I was stuck at the airport for 2 hours. Once my reservation was confirmed at the counter I was relieved for a short amount of time. By then the attendant was charging me double the price of the vehicle claiming that it was the insurance for it. Mind you the reservation waa already paid in full!!! I had no choice at that point since my children were with me and I didn't want them waiting or walking around anymore. The company is very shady and takes advantage of tourist. DO NOT RENT from here!! They will cheat you!!!!
